由“整治网络低俗之风”想到的

这几天刮起了“整治网络低俗之风”的风，想起此前写的一篇日志：

把罪恶的种子遏制在地里，不要等它们长出芽来了再收拾 （2008-7-1）

昨天删除了 F8 的一个新会员，原因是此人在“在线纠错”时，什么也没写，只写了两个字“白痴”。

F8 不会为区区流量而像某类人士一样对什么人都俯首哈腰。

把罪恶的种子遏制在地里，不要等它们长出芽来了再收拾，否则芽多了，就会收拾不过来，收拾不过来，芽就成了苗，苗就成了树，树就成了林，林会再生芽，罪恶就是这样反统治我们的。

上面这段话可以引用到无数场合，大到国事，小到日常琐事。

这次的“整治网络低俗之风”，再一次暴露了我们这个民族远期意识的薄弱。这就像突然兴起的严打一样，过了这个兴头，林依然是林。

市场意识

昨天下班前和公司市场部的一位同事聊天，和她约定明年友吧 Home 版上线后，邀她加入 f8team。截止目前，她可能对友吧一无所知。

f8team 目前纯属平台建设团队，在市场上尚无明确意识，希望能通过市场人员的加入，增进团队的市场意识。第一次对这位同事产生印象大约是半年前在公司的一次综合培训上，很有印象她讲的第一句话：她此次培训大概需要花多少时间。这句话站在了听众的立场上，在培训一开始就体现了行为的系统性，有章法，不乱，整个培训过程也证明了这点。

此后在工作上合作频繁。

关于右边肋骨不舒服

这几天右边肋骨不太舒服，我猜想可能是晚上睡姿的原因，以前也有过。不过仍然习惯性的上网搜了下，找到一条：

右上腹部或者右肋部不舒服有很多原因。我可以很负责任地告诉您：多数肝炎病人并没有所谓的肝区疼痛（脂肪肝的涨痛除外），有很多人是由于心理暗示造成的，本人就遇到很多病人认为肝脏在左侧，来看病就说左侧肋骨痛。

您说的那个部位疼痛原因有很多，包括局部由于坐姿、睡姿不好引起的局部压迫，还有就是胆囊炎、慢性胃（或胃窦炎）等等。提醒一句：如果感觉肋部不适，不要去多触摸，肋骨表面是骨膜，摸多了也会越来越不适的。您可以试一下。

放心了许多，冬天容易由于睡姿而出现落枕、骨头酸痛等问题。
