在员工里安插间谍？视大众员工为嫌疑犯？ ( 思考 )

把大众员工当作敌人，把间谍员工当作心腹的管理方式，令人联想到《大学里的极品告密者》（2008-11-27），引用其中的第一段：

最近华东政法大学杨师群老师因为课堂上批评了几句政府，被学生向上海市公安局和上海市教委告发，而遭到有关单位的调查。这样的学生，在四九年后，无时无之，并不觉得奇怪。在中国这样的专制国家，眼线之多，视人民为嫌疑犯的做法并非始自今日，而是六十年来统治之常态。只不过现在经济有所发展，而恐怖稍逊于四九年至七八年之前而已，但恐怖的实质并没有什么大的变化。在目下这种多事之秋，说空气中都充满着一股肃杀的告密气氛，这不是夸张，而是一种事实描述。从街道居委会大妈到乡村小邑的“革命群众”；从小学的同学互告，到大学里面告发老师“思想反动”。一是因带着神圣的告密任务，二就是脑子被洗得听不得任何批评政府批评社会的言论，华东政法大学的两位女学生之大脑被洗白得成了如此模样，她们当然是中国学校愚民教育的一个缩影。

间谍身份被曝之前，大家相互猜疑，谈何团结？被曝之后，势必形成派别。这样的公司，这样的团队，除了让我又积累了一条失败经验之外，剩下的就是看着大家仍然“很和谐”的在工作，看着勾心斗角白热化。在这种气氛下，“狗咬狗”的日子想必不久就会到来，有人会坐待这场戏的上演，有人会在这场戏上演之前安静的退场。

Ryan 给我泼过很多次冷水，让我少提“绝对”这个词，我也乖了很多，已经很少提“绝对”这个词。但是目下，我想提它一次，毫无疑问，绝对有比这种视大众员工为嫌疑犯的做法胜之又胜的做法，糟糕的管理者们早在学生时代就被教育得丧失了创造和探索的能力，因为这一做法是祖宗传下来的，祖宗之法，不可变。

吸取他人失败的经验，就是自己走向成功最好的积累。牢记这一条！

But when Jupiter proposed to make him king because of the beauty of his plumage, the birds indignantly protested, and each plucked from him his own feathers, leaving the Jackdaw nothing but a Jackdaw.
