友吧下一阶段策划案写作打开思路
虽然从10月10日就开始酝酿友吧下一阶段的策划，但是一直不得思路。今天早上醒来，像往常想事情一样，躺在床上，寻思良久，最后从“盈利模式”上找到了下笔口。将所思纲要记于便签本，吃过午饭后开始在电脑上整理思路。

公司网站改版，兼谈判断关键建议人 ( 思考 )
周三下午设计好。因为沿用上一版的风格，只是将800改成1024，所以没花太多时间。周四下午作了一次修改。今天开始切成 DIV。
修改历来是比较烦琐的过程，因为要通过市场部、公司上层、技术部等人的眼睛。不过现在学会了找关键人，只要找准这个关键人，修改就会少一些。什么样的人是关键人？这需要注意观察。
- 这个人的建议要可以代表其他的大多数人。
- 如果这个关键人不是那种水准低又喜欢说话的人，那是很幸运的，否则就有的受了，因为通常这类人会变来变去，自己可以随意的否认自己此前的观点，这样的人脑子里没有概念，必需做出来看了才会有概念，这就会累死下面的人。
- 也不一定公司最上层就是关键人，如果发现一个较有能力说服公司上层的人，而这个人又是确实水准较高的，那就没有错了。
所以，面对众人的建议，一定要找准关键，不要一味抱怨每个人的建议不一样，满足这个满足不了那个，首先自己要学会判断。判断什么？判断谁是这里面的关键建议人。

第二次参加濮家小学羽毛球群活动。
上周没订到周五晚上的，订了周四晚上的，结果打完回到家吃饭洗澡，到睡觉已经 12 点，第二天还要上班。所以这周一提前五天订好了今天的。提前五天还订不到，那没话说。

《菜根谭》
毕业前夕小宇赠的《菜根谭》，纸质奇好，虽随我奔波八年，仍有八分的新。昨晚在书店买《孙子兵法》时看到架上有《菜根谭》，于是想起小宇送的这本。今天重取出，用纸巾擦去封面和封底的积尘，翻开来，扉页正面纯白的纸上是小宇赠字：

这本《菜根谭》只在毕业后的头一年时常翻看，断续花几个月把全书浏览过一遍，但是今日再翻看时，绝大部分的内容全然记不起昔日读过，越发觉得，此书不可不再读。有些书，有些文字，有些话语，需时时重温，时时自醒。
有意将《菜根谭》和《孙子兵法》结合在一起看，想必别有一番滋味。
现代人烦恼太多，大多是因选择太多 ( 思考 )
这话是前段时间听《于丹〈论语〉心得》时听的。简单一点，可以省去许多烦恼。
友吧的方向越来越清晰
下午 Ryan 打来电话，和我大致说了 DEDE 和 UCH 用户整合的雏形方案，顺便也交换了各自对后期产品格局的展望。友吧的方向在我们的脑里越来越清晰。

我看了三国，司马懿先赞王朗后贬王朗时说，为人当相机而动。发觉生活中有些道理确实是相互矛盾又是相互依存的，比如我刚才说的这句话，在长的时间段里不能等一件事做完再做另一件事，但是在短的时间段，却又要一时一事了，比如在一小时里只做一件事，然后结束，但是在结束时要有一个收尾，比如一个人在练拳，有人来和他聊天，他要先收起来才聊天。朱高 09:47:58

这个周期会比较长，花一两个月甚至更长的时间都是值得的。

开始记录关于 UCenter Home APP 的碎思
在 TodayWorks 工作目录下新建了一个 ABOUT UCH APP.rtf，以记录关于 UCH APP 的碎思。昨天问了 Ryan，原来他以前写过游戏 APP。如此，最主要的就是想法了，看要写什么游戏，以符合友吧的理念。
早上一口气注册了开心、校内、海内，了解一下。
创造快乐 ( 思考 )
女友很喜欢听我讲故事，我看过的故事虽多，却总不能记久。昨晚突然想，把每天上班时看的一篇英文故事，回家翻译给女友听，又有助记忆，又可以哄女友。昨晚给她讲了昨天记的 The Banquet，问她这个故事说了一个什么道理，她说意思是“不要狗眼看人低”。
如此，生活又多一乐事。一举两得，实实美哉。
快乐，可以创造。

老张有了
“老张老婆有了”和“老张有了”广义是一样的。
他说，告诉我一个消息，哈哈，他老婆有了。高兴坏了，他在想他下面一年就得忙着照顾她们娘俩了。
我说，记住不要吃奶粉，吃母乳最健康。
他说，那还早，算了下，明年六月才能生。
那个时候，大概奶料也是能吃的。
我又说，阳历六月是春末夏初，春柔，夏刚，将来你这小孩说不定柔中带刚，得取个柔中带刚的名字。
老张说，那就叫张柔刚。
再次收到 AdSense 个人识别号码
第120天收到 AdSense 个人识别号码，写的是住处（租房）地址，这次收到，写的是公司地址。不过这次收到的号码已没有用处，和上一次的号码是一样的，只要验证一次就行了。
两次对比：
第一次，租房地址，号码生成于 2008-8-22，收到时间 2008-9-17
第二次，公司地址，号码生成于 2008-9-16，收到时间 2008-10-6
看起来，写公司地址能快几天收到。第一次用了 27 天，第二次用了 21 天。

第84天关注时还是 1.2，今天再看，发现 1.5RC2 出来都有一段时间了。RC2 后，1.5 正式版就要发布了。
下载了 UCenter 1.0.0 和 UCenter Home 1.5RC2，在本地很顺利的安装起来，明天开始慢慢熟悉。

A Sufi Story from the Middle East
A poor man dressed in rags came to the palace to attend the banquet. Out of courtesy he was admitted but, because of his tattered clothing, he was seated at the very end of the banquet table. By the time the platters arrived at his seat, there was no food left on them.
So he left the banquet, returning several hours later dressed in robes and jewels he had borrowed from a wealthy friend. This time he was brought immediately to the head of the table and, with great ceremony, food was brought to his seat first.
"Oh, what delicious food I see being served upon my plate." He rubbed one spoonful into his clothes for every one he ate.
A nobleman beside him, grimacing at the mess, inquired, "Sir, why are you rubbing food into your fine clothes?"
"Oh," he replied with a chuckle, "Pardon me if my robes now look the worst. But it was these clothes that brought me all this food. It’s only fair that they be fed first!"

用热醋水洗热水瓶胆
早上看到热水瓶胆内积了不少水垢，倒了一些醋（大约烧两个家常菜的份量）到瓶内，又倒了大约一口杯热水进去，摇晃了五六分钟，清洗得很干净。

9-20 的日志记录了 一年前的一个预料在昨天应验，说在 19 日晚第一次看到友吧有来自 bbs.dedecms.com 的链接，不过因来路显示为跳转链接，所以不知道发帖人是因何提到友吧。
昨晚在 DEDE 上逛的时候，看到公告 织梦公司站即将上线，征集一批优秀演示站点，猜想链接多半是从这里来的。翻页查一下，果然在 26 楼 看到有人推荐，回帖时间是 2008-09-17 08:36

早上七点半正在来公司的路上，妈打来电话，说妹刚刚生了，一个八斤的小伙子。
国庆部分计划
下午下班后，国庆假期就算开始了。全程计划不明，有几条已明：
- 在假期的头两天里整理好友吧总结，以便在 30 号发布。
- 帮阿华的工作室网站上传几个实例图片，修几处页面。
- 看三国剩下的 20 来集，能看几集看几集。
- 试邀一下看有没有打羽毛球的朋友。

King Solomon’s servant came breathlessly into the court, "Please! Let me borrow your fastest horse!" he said to the King. "I must be in a town ten miles south of here by nightfall!"
"Why?" asked King Solomon.
"Because," said his shuddering servant, "I just met Death in the garden! Death looked me in the face! I know for certain I’m to be taken and I don’t want to be around when Death comes to claim me!"
"Very well," said King Solomon. "My fastest horse has hoofs like wings. TAKE HIM." Then Solomon walked into the garden. He saw Death sitting there with a perplexed look on its face. "What’s wrong?" asked King Solomon.
Death replied, "Tonight I’m supposed to claim the life of your servant whom I just now saw in your garden. But I’m supposed to claim him in a town ten miles south of here! Unless he had a horse with hooves like wings, I don’t see how he could get there by nightfall . . ."
